Hi
I have a 3 week old baby boy who l has been breastfeeding. I started supplementing the breastfeeding with formula (Nan 1) as I was struggling with my breastmilk.
He now hasn't made a poop in 2 days. Today is the 3rd. He's passing a lot of gas though. Is there anything I can give him?

I am sorry to say but it's not advisable for a 4 week old baby for top feeding
please consult your doctor if you can feed the baby nothing could be better than that
Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended till 6 months of age
please reconsider your idea of top feeding to baby
you can make him burp by placing against your shoulder
