Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Alcohol addiction is a distressing condition. It affects both patient and his family members adversely.
First, you should take your brother to a registered de-addiction centre for residential de-addiction treatment program.
There are drugs which will help him to fight withdrawals.
He would also need counsellibg to keep his motivation to quit alcohol high.
Second, relapse even after treatment is part of illness. To prevent this, he would need emotional support from you and other family members.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
