How To Stop Biting The Same Swollen Wound In Lips?

Hey Doc. I had bitten my lower lip from eating not too long ago. It was healing normal, but then i had bit it again. Its now that tenderish feel. I was wondering if removing it with the i.c.i. shot would be good enough? But if surgically removed.. numbing is applied right? Haha. And is it known to be painful? Thanks, John Vong

Hi just
it can be a sign of neurotic disorder if you are inflicting self injuries so I would suggest you toavoid biting the lips or you will require medicines for your neurotic behaviour. .
Once it will heal, it will never going to come back.
chronic irritation of the wound can lead to malignant changes so again it is a matter of concern..

Regards
