How To Stop Bleeding In Ear After Using Q Tip?

Bleeding from the ear
Earlier today while cleaning my ears with a q tip my left ear started bleeding. This was several hours ago and it's still bleeding. How can I stop the bleeding. Because I saw a blood clot do I need to go to the emergency room?

I have gone through your query.
To stop the bleeding you may go for--->
Ear packing after cleaning the ear with suction and pack the ear with the neosporin ointment socked gauge piece and kept it for 3 hours.

For better management consult the ENT specialist to conclude the extent of the disease.
