General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the blood clots with whitish discharge in form of leucorrhea indicate bacterial infection with hormone imbalance. Guidelines for better recovery:
- Plenty of liquids
- Cranberry sachets or pills
- Vaginal hygiene care
- Avoid prolong use of same tampons
- Prescription of hormone medications as Primolut-N for 3-5 days, antibiotics as Azithromycin with Metronidazole
- Hemostatic agents such as Tranexemic acid with ethamsylate

Some cases may require culture swab report of vaginal discharge with ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
