Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

In stress there is vasodilation of blood vessels in superficial part of the body which give sense of warmness and make skin color reddish in fair people. It also increases perspiration during stress.

To decrease warmness during stress, there is need to manage stress effectively. No medicine is require for temperature reduction. There is need find cause of the stress and work on that by problem solving skills and relaxation exercise. If stress is in excess which usually happen in anxiety and depression then consultation with psychiatrist will help.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
