How To Stop Brownish Vaginal Discharge?

My doctor prescribed me TriNessa 28 and instructed me to start the Sunday after my period began, which I did. It has been 4 days since I started my pack and I am still having brown discharge. Are there any remedies I can use, such as a douche, to stop this discharge?
