I ws swallowing a capsule of Glucosamine that seems to have gone down my windpipe, it broke up and I coughed up some of the powdery contents, but I did not cough up the capsule itself. I am able to breathe reasonably well but keep coughing up mucus every few minutes

HI
Well come to HCM
The possibility of capsule in side the trachea would be very less, because this would have been emergency, if there is no difficulty in breathing then no need to worry, still this need to be brought to test and the X-ray of chest is must, if capsule ever found there then this need to be taken out, and for that you need to go to ER, take care.
