Hi Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum . Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having chronic suppurative otitis media mostly unsafe type since you have long standing history & blood is coming. I like to know whether discharge is scanty , foul smelling , you have hard of hearing. If it is unsafe type of ear disease you will need early treatment. Keep ear dry ,don’t allow water go inside while bath put sterile cotton during bath & remove it after bath. Stop using ear bud to clean it. I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact and accordingly treatment may be planed. Hope this information helpful to you, take care and have a nice day. Regards
