General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Bleeding could be due to side effect of the implant, vaginal infection/Pelvic inflammatory disease, fibroid, hormonal imbalance and endometriosis.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan. vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis and endometrial biopsy.
Treatment depend on the cause.
Progesterone pill and transoceanic acid will help to slow the bleeding.
If not responds to progesterone shot then implant can be removed and start to use other contraception.
Hope this may help you
