How To Stop Facial Hair Increase And Body Acne?

I had a partial hysterectomy about 3 years ago and since then have experienced facial hair increasing as well as Body acne, actually it s around the mid-section, between the upper inside thighs and under the breast. I tried to find out what it was and was told by my primary that it was some kind of fungus it yeast infection, and was treated with some kind of cream which did nothing. I have not been on or even offered any hormone therapy and am very worried, it seems like it is getting worse and worse, please give me some hope, I refuse to take my clothes off in front of my husband even though he loves me and none of that matters to him, please point me in some direction.
