hiiii

night mares occur in REM part of sleep mostly
most of the time it doesnt require treatments

but if it is more disturbing than sedative can help to control that phase

long acting benzodiazapine will help ex diazepam, clonazepam etc

try to rule out it is occur in sleep only???
sometime sleep onset seizure has same type of violent behavior so if required than consult a doctor and take proper advise
thank u
