I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms it seems that you are suffering from stress and anxiety leading to the following symptoms as teeth grinding and clenching along with difficulty in sleeping and poor concentration are signs of stress and anxiety. Although Night fall is a normal occurrence in men of child bearing age group.. I would suggest you to consult a Psychologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take anti-anxiety medicines like Lorazepam. To protect your teeth from wearing off consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to to wear mouth guard for preventing direct contact of teeth... Also do meditation and keep engaged in activities of your choice to reduce anxiety and stress..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
