How To Stop Head Ache, Mucus That Goes Along When Swallowing After Having Decongestant?

I have a decongestant diagnosed last May.. I didn t follow-up my check-up on June and now my head hurts frequently. My nose and throat feels lumpy for some reason. I don t know if its mucus or what. When I swallow, something like a mucus is going along. What is the best way to stop it?

hello it is likely that you are having a sinus infection and may need antibiotics for it. the lumpy feeling in the throat may be due to swelling of the lymph glands due to the infection. dont worry , please meet your ENT doctor for further examination and advice. thanks
