Hi welcome to HCM.
Palpitations in every case has to be carefully assessed. This needs a baseline ECG and a 24 holter ECG.This can accurately quantify the ectopics and its site of origin.Drugs like beta blockers and adenosine will help to control the ectopic rate.Electrophysiological study of the heart can accurately locate the ectopic focus.Radiofrequency ablation can offer permanent cure if any.Consult your cardiologist for further care.Thank you.
