How To Stop Irregular Period After Delivery?

I have had a baby and she is now 3 months old. I have since had my period and have been on for nearly 2 weeks and every time i go a wee, there is blood clots, is this something I should be worried about? Also another question, I had a lot of problems in my pregancy and lost a lot of blood and i am currently on iron tablets and i have been on them for 3 months. I had a row the other night with my partner and felt like i was going to pass out, i couldnt stop shaking and couldnt stand on my feet, I felt like i have never felt before and thought i would going to have a fit or something. It took me over an hour to calm down and it really scared me, do you think this was because of my blood count is low?
