i went to a water park after just getting my head shaved i applied sunscreen on my head after i took my hat off i stayed out in the sun off and on about 5 hours, after i returned home i started drinking aicohol i didnt drink hardly anything while at the park only a soda. When i woke up the next morning i was dizzy and light headed so i start trying to rehydrate by drinking water and gatorade but 3 days later im still having some light headedness is there anything i can do to stop this,

As you describe, you was in the water park, there probably some water entered the middle ear, through a whole in your ear drum, which would have been there since long has caused the infection of the internal ear, and the vertigo.
