Hello and welcome to HCM,
Numbness and tingling sensation in forearm and wrist are most probably due to nerve compression, or any other nerve associated disorder.
Is there any history of trauma since trauma can lead to nerve compression and nerve irritation.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Nerve conduction studies and associated investigations are helpful to find the cause of nerve related symptoms.
Further management can be planned after clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
