I have this strange numb/tingly feeling in my right fore arm and wrist. My finger tips and palms are a somewhat red like they have always done after doing methamphetamine.but this feeling in my right arm Is new and its like a lack of circulation but just in my right fore arm and wrist. If you can help me and tell me how to get this to stop I will be so greatful and can garruntee I won t be doing this crap ever again with how nervous and freaked out I am right now. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
Hello and welcome to HCM, Numbness and tingling sensation in forearm and wrist are most probably due to nerve compression, or any other nerve associated disorder. Is there any history of trauma since trauma can lead to nerve compression and nerve irritation. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations. Nerve conduction studies and associated investigations are helpful to find the cause of nerve related symptoms. Further management can be planned after clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
