General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should get evaluated as soon as possible. Please go to visit your gynaecologist since the Progluton is not managing it. You should get evaluated to find the cause of bleeding. It can be fibromyoma or increased thickness of endometrial lining.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
