How To Stop Seizures?

My 3.5 year old cerebellar atrophy. She is an IVF baby. She was born thru C section 34 weeks (I had GD, so early delivery). On 3rd day of her life she has abnormal hand and leg movements, which docs ignored. She developed normally, but the end of 5th month she started getting jerks, which ended up in Infantile Spasms (Hypsyrythmia). Now her condition is, no head control, cannot sit or stand. Frequently getting seizures and on medicaiton. Is there anyway we can stop the seizures, so she can develop to some extend.
