Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
Piles occur quite frequently during pregnancy, but at the same time they usually resolve after delivery.
I want to assure that tablets given to you will not affect baby, if they are given to stop your bleeding.
Secondly for treating irritation of piles I will suggest you to apply ANOVATE ointment, XYLOCAIN jelly locally. If needed you can use cold fomentation with ice pack.
Let's hope the condition will resolve after delivery.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
