Hello dear,
welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

There is a conditon called PCOD characterised by abnormal hormonal levels, increased hair growth, acne, husky voice, menstrual irregularities, weight gain.
It needs to be ruled out . I usually advice my patients to get usg lower abdomen in such cases to look for evidence of PCOD.

You may consult your doctor in person and discuss my opinion.
If you have further query, you may ask me further.
I find this answer helpful
