How To Stop Using Melacare Without Any Side Effects?

hai doctor this ia ramya i am using melacare from past one year with doctors prescripton and there is lot of improvement on my skin it becamefarier than earlier.but now i want to stop it without any side effects.if i am not using it for 3 to 4 days my skin is getting darkier than before and pimples are coming on my face.doctor we are planning to have kids now and on melacare tube it is written not to be used during the time of pregnancy wat are the sideeffects when used in time of pregnancy.please doctor suggest me wat should i do now.
