How To Stop Vomiting In Pregnancy?

My Wife is 3 months pregnent, Vomiting is the factor which is not undercontrol, Sonography report says everthing normal, now due to continous vomiting she is very Weak and under nauise condiiton, Doctors has tried ondem,rantac,IV, MVI injections, but still same issue.Let me know waht further can we try ?

Start tablet doxinate and along with that tablet emeset as advised.
Plus ask her to take dry food material and avoid water along with meals.
