How To Straighten Back While Having Ankylosing Spondylitis?

Hi, I am suffering from Ankyologi Spondylities since 8years, 30 months back I met with an accident & since my back is getting bend. In this 30 months I got suffered with Throid & I lost the weight around 10kgs. Taking Incocap sr, Sazo for Ankyologi & Thryonorm .75 for throid. Kindly suggest the way ahead as I want straigt my posture
