How To Strengthen A Weak Heart?
What can I do to improve my weak heart? My ejection fraction ratio is around 28 % and I am under a heart doctors care and taken my precribed medications as ordered. However, is there anything else that I can do to help my heart come up to the desire 50/55 ratio for my age?

Hi,
As a matter of fact, it is not possible to increase EF from 28 to 55. Some drugs cause some increase as digoxin. Please consult your heart doctor as he will guide you whether you are fit to take digoxin or not.
