How To Switch Form Paxil To Effexor ER?

I am considering switching antidepressant meds. Currently I am on 20mg of Paxil a day and would like to switch to 75mg of Effexor ER a day. What is the best way to make the switch and minimize the side effects from changing meds to the nervous system ?
