How To Take Out The Plastic Paper Stuck In Throat?

Hi I accidentally swallowed a tiny piece of plastic paper while opening up a package. Now when I drink water or eat I can feel the plastic paper on the right side in my throat. I tried drinking water and eating but I can still feel something in my throat when I swallow....what can I do to get the plastic paper out?

go ro an ENT specialist and get a laryngoscopy done..you can try eating bananas or boiled potatoes..but if still sensation is there, go for examination
