How To Take The Medicine For High Blood Pressure ?
Hello, I am a 36yo male with 161/98 - 176/97 BP at the moment. I have just been laid off and have no health coverage. Should I go to the ER? I am more stressed now after reading up on BP. I am 220lbs and 5 10 tall, have had a LOT of stress in the last few weeks, am a smoker, fast food eater (2-3 meals out of the day) AND drink Dr.Pepper (soda) from am to pm, family history oh hypertension on mothers side oh and I have insomnia .
Hi there, your blood pressure is definitely on higher side. For a normal individual the blood pressure should less then 140/90.If you are facing any problem with this blood pressure please visit your doctor now.Other wise please avoid the things you are doing today like eating junk foods and lots of soda. Please avoid any undue stress as stress will increase your blood pressure further. Please talk adequate sleep, take low salt intake, reduce your weight, eat healthy and after your blood pressure comes under control do regular exercise. Please see you doctor for routine check up.bye and take care.
