How To Taper Off Corticosteroids Without Having Any Flare-up?

HI! I'm using mometasone cream on the face since last year and im trying to withdraw right now because of the possible side-effects. I actually using it every other day evry night. Can you help me on how to successfully stop the corticosteroids without having any flare-ups?
