How To Terminate Pregnancy If Pregnant After No Period After Sex?

good day sir/ma,my girlfriend was suppose to have her period on d 17th of april while we had unprotected sex 5th of april.i believe sperm cell can only last maximum of 7 days in a woman,its 25th of april and she hasn t seen her period.i know we are at risk of pregnancy now but i would welcome any opinion from the gurus and any solution to terminate the tissue as its still early.thanks in advance

First of all, you should undergo one home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. It will help to clear doubt before taking any abortion pill.

On POSITIVE test, you have to undergo medical abortion under the guidance of local gynecologist and need complete prescription.

By procedure, at first, you need to take Tab Mifepristone or Mifegest 200mg (ideally 600mg) on D1, after 48 hrs take 2 Tab Misoprostol 200mg in the morning and other 2 tabs need to insert inside vagina under supervision of gynecologist or local doctor.

Never take those medicine by own as may create serious ill health effect like excessive vaginal bleeding etc.

You may need double dose sometimes. Soon after taking Tab Misoprostol, abdominal cramp and vaginal bleeding start within 7 days and next period may be earlier/delayed.

Post pill abortion, you must do a USG lower abdomen to check retained bits/ conceptional products if any and may need D &C to complete abortion.

Practice safe sex by using safe period/OCP/ other methods to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
