Hello dear
Understand your concern
Do not use as self medication without proper guidance of gynecologist as USG should be done to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy. Home use cause high chance of failure and more serious complication like excessive bleeding, severe cramp, infection and ectopic pregnancy that can not be controlled at home. So better to use under the observation of gynecologist.
By method tablet mifepristone 600 mg should be taken orally on first day.
After 48 hour , misoprostol 400 ug vaginally/orally under observation.
If needed another 400 ug vaginally should be given by gynecologist. Extra dose can be modified if no sign of abortion that decide by gynecologist.
For confirmation of complete process of abortion. USG should be done at 14 the day for safe practice.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
