How To Terminate Pregnancy?

My fiancee is 1 month pregnant, we had unprotected sex and I am having mifeprestone, misoprostol and cytolog kits now please tell me and guide me the dosages of it, before doing intercourse one month before her periods haven t occured due to the disturbance of her menstrual cycle and we had sex last month on 14th november and now she has done pregnancy test through strip and results are positive so please guide me the complete dosage of it.

Thanks for writing to us.

On POSITIVE test, medical abortion should be done with abortion pills. However, it is not recommended at home without doctor's prescription and guidance.

For proper dosing and direction of using those pills, you need to consult with local doctor, which will be helpful also in emergency.

It can be done up to 9 wk safely by using abortion pills (Tab Misoprostol and Tab Mifepristone, present in MTP Kit) under observation or guidance of gynecologist as it may cause unnecessary excessive vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain etc and may require surgical method (D & C) to complete abortion. Don't take those pills by yourself.

Practice safe sex and use emergency pill or condom to avoid unwanted pregnancy in future. Good luck.
