How To Terminate Pregnancy?

Hi... I had unprotected sex with my GF 20 says ago... After some days of intercourse she felt vommiting like condition and dizzy... Pregnancy test was positive... what should i do for medical abortion? Living in pakistan... Someone told me to give her St Mom tablet 4+4+4 and the abortion will take place... I am confused about its side effects... Help me in solving this situation please...

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Abortion kit containing mifepristone followed by misoprostol is safe and effective procedure to terminate the intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week of pregnancy under the observation of gynaecologist.
Pre abortion USG and examination is must by gynaecologist.
600 mg mifepristone orally should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally/buccally by gynaecologist.
Some time extra does may be needed to induce the abortion.
Post abortion USG should require at 14th day to confirm complete process of abortion.
Do not use this pill at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, cramp, abnormal development of pregnancy in case of failure.
It cause minor side effects and tolerable if you will used under medical surveillance.
