hi sir,

just i need an advise from you that my wife is pregnent,,,, but its not planned and thinking about abortion

the reason is i have 2 children, 4yrs old and second is only 4 months old and both are sicerian. so now we are afraid to carry third one

Hello,
If you do not wish to retain this pregnancy, please see a specialist for a proper clinical evaluation. A trans-vaginal sonogram is needed to locate the gestation sac and also to know the age of the pregnancy. After doing the preliminary investigations, medical abortion can be performed until 7 weeks of pregnancy under medical supervision. The process usually takes 2-3 days and a follow up is done to check for the completion of the process through a clinical exam and a sonogram. Please abstain for two weeks after the process an after regular contraception is initiated. Hope this helps.
