How To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?
I am 2 months pregnant and I did not mean it. I mean, I don t know how it happened because I am taking a contraceptive pill. I can t be able to enroll my practicum because pregnant women are not allowed to be on the job training, married or not. please help me... I need to graduate.

Understand your concern
You can use gynecologist prescribed MTP pill after transvaginal USG that confirm the early intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days under observation of gynecologist. Mifeprsitone plus misoprostol is safe and effective therapy for MTP. Do not use abortion pill as self medication at home as it lead to serious complication that require emergency treatment at hospital. By procedure 600 mg mifepristone orally sold be followed by 800 ug misoprostol orally or vaginally after 24 hour under supervision. Extra dose should be needed if there is no bleeding. Bleeding and pain start after 30 min of taking lat pill and it will remain for 4-6 days. Completeness of abortion process should be checked by USG scan after 14 days. Post abortion Advice: adequate rest, proper pelvic hygiene, analgesic, antibiotics, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements, safe sex practice to prevent pregnancy.
