hello doctor
i m 21 years old and my periods are 13 days late, i think i m pregnant . i m still educating i want to build my carrier so i think i should abort if any.
but i m unaware about medicine
so will u tell me how can i abort safely.plz i m too nervous

Hello dear
Understand your concern.

You can not used abortion kit at home as it is illegal.
You required medical prescription for it.
After prescription you can used MTP kit under the supervision of doctor to prevent complication.

Take mifepristone 600 mg orally.
After taking it, take Two tablet of misoprostol 200 mg orally.
And another two tablet 200 mg should be put in vagina.

Bleeding will be occur with in 4-7 days after putting tablet.
You should also undergo the USG to know the incomplete abortion.
If it is incomplete, it needed minor surgery to remove it.
