How To Test Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi i am having my period since feb 6 but since yesterday i started to feel lower tummy cramps until i thought of buying pregnancy kit, the result was positive so i decided to consult a doctor, since i am bleeding the doctor gave me duphaston and advice to take it thrice a day, the bleeding eventually stops, what could that mean, am i really pregnant? The trans abdominal ultrasound showed no sign of me being pregnant but dr says it might to early to assume......

Well come to HCM
If you have done the ultrasonography and this does not shows any sign and finding suggestive of pregnancy then you may not be conceived, ultrasonography is very accurate one and no room for mistake if this is done with trained and skilled radiologist, hope this information helps, take care. (Even in early days of conception this can detect the gestational sac )
