How To Test For Pregnancy?

Hi. Im 19.and im afraid to get pregnant. Im so worried. Confused about the normal period and bleeding due to implantation. My period occurs 1stweek of the month... But it lasted only to 3 days. We had contact with my bf 2 weeks before that. Could it be possible that im pregnant? Or am I just too worried about it. Pls I want answers. Thank you.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Following are the features of the implantation bleeding:
It will occur around the time of the period date.
Very light and just like spotting.
Colour: pinkish to brown
Just for 1-2 days.

If you have all above features then it could be a implantation bleeding.
If it is moderate to heavy bleeding and vibrant red in color then it is normal period.
I would suggest to go for
Blood HCG test and or
Urine pregnancy test 7-8 days after the normal expected period date.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
