How To Test For Pregnancy?
I am 32 on letrozole day 3-7 5mg ultrasounds showed no signs of mature follicles so they out me on another dose 7.5mg days 16-20. I got a positive opk on day 20 and 21 but started bleeding. Still had intercourse in hopes it was ovulation bleeding. I usually ovulate late in my cycle like days 20-23 but never have bleed. Bleeding stopped day 22 and now I wait! Oh also did ovudril on day 21 as well. Could I actually have conceived this month or is the odd bleeding an indication of things not working?

Bleeding does not usually occur with ovulation so it is likely that the bleeding was due to another cause. It does not mean that the medication did not work.
It is possible that you have conceived but this can be assessed in a few days with an early detection test.
