How To Test Paternity Of Fetus?

I just found out I was pregnant. I had sex with my ex April 8th. I was on my period we didn t use a condom and came inside me. My boyfriend and I have sex all the time without a condom but he doesn t cum inside me. Now it s may 20th and I got an utrasound and I m five weeks and two days. Is he the father or is my boyfriend.
