Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. You can build your biceps or any muscles. But building of muscles will be comparatively slow than youngsters. You can do weight exercises thrice weekly. Intervals of days should be there in between for muscle growth. You can also take protein powder according to your weight and training. Also take meals at proper time. You should have post work out meal in between half an hour to 45 after wok out for good results.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
