How To Treat 5 Centimeter Cyst In Ovary?

hi, I noticed that I have 5 centimeter cyst in my right ovary so it is days that I am taking HD pills acc to my doctor's suggestion, sine today morning I have stomachache . the pain is not in my ovary .It is all over my stomach specialy at the right side of my belly ..but no pain at the left side . I am worry that it may be appendisit....I would appreciate if you help me ... the pain is not too much it is now approximatley 11 hours that I have this pain
