Welcome to H.C.M. I am Dr Krishna Dubey.
My dear friend, no need to worry about this.

This AST and ALT are considered to be two of the most important tests to detect any kind of liver injury.
I advise you to give complete history about you-

History of Alcohol if you drink.
Any history fo jaundice earlier.
Any type of drug you are taking.
Any long disease.

After evaluation of your history , you may need some blood test and
ultra sound of abdomen.

Avoid fatty foods and alcohol .
Keep in touch.
Thanx for query.
I find this answer helpful
