How To Treat Cervical Radialopothy With Joint Hypertrophic Changes?

i have ac joint hypertrophic changes and subacromial stenosis'
abnormal appearance of inferior anterior glenoid labrum suspicious for displaced labral tear
also a subcentimeter low T1 and high T2 signal lesion in lateral aspect of humeral head, most consistant with small cysts
i am in terrible pain and have been for five years all doctors recommend surgery, is this the right course of action cause i have tried everything else, no i am having CERVICAL RADIALOPOTHY, i cant even use my arm for weeks at a time please give me ure professional recommenation or what u would do in my situation
