How To Treat Hashimoto S Disease?

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease a few years ago....doc never put me on any meds...he just monitored it. Flare ups have been hit or miss over those years. But over the past month I have had non stop symptoms. This morning I awoke and feel as though I cannot swallow...and sufferred from a small nose bleed....any ideas of how to deal
