There are lot many molecules that can be consumed safely during
lactation period without any side effect over the feeding child. My guidelines at present:
- First and foremost aspect would be, self confidence and boosting of your inner strength to get back to normal
- Deep breathing exercises and kegel maneuers to strengthen the
pelvic floor muscles and control flatulence
- High fiber diet
- Avoidance of all spices, non-veg, and junk items
- Bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk or Psyllium
- Plenty of liquids
- Pre and pro biotics which will support
gut flora at best levels
- Regular aerobics
- Control of blood sugar,
cholesterol, and body weight
