I have read your query and here is my advise.
* The
irritable bowel syndrome with Parkinsonism and atrial
fibrillation needs specific attention over and above intake of Pan tablet
- avoid consumption of warfarin and ecosprin together and also on
empty stomach
- avoid stress and anxiety
- involve in regular
aerobics and walking or swimming ( if involved )
- drink more amount of liquids
- do take high fiber diet with plenty of greens, cereals, whole grains,
legumes, bran, yogurt
- avoid all sort of spices, excess sugary, fat and
cholesterol items which
slow down the digestion
- bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula or Psyllium husk
- avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
- avoid aerated drinks and caffeine
- avoid intake of lunch and supper to full appetite, rather keep the
stomach empty by 25 % of satiety values
- consume frequent , small feeds
- chew your food very thoroughly
