How To Treat IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome)?

hi im 25 5foot4 9stone 8 and would like to ask a question about implant i have been on implant nearly 2years now and my period stoped last week i am now spotting well light pink and overlateing .my boobs are so sore and i have pain near my right side of stomach .i do how ever suffer from ibs and bought lactalose to make me go but no hope yet im a little worried what will it be .
