How To Treat L1,L3 Fractures And Bulging Disc Of L4,L5?

I was diagnosed with L3 fracture of transverse process at emergency room after a steal pipe hit me then smashed me then another visit sent me for mri and was diagnosed with L1,L3 fractures of transverse process and bulging disc. Of L4,L5. This has all been 6 weeks ago I was sent to physical therapist and it made pain hurt worse on scale of 1~10 pain just above bottom is and has since injury been 8 to 10 the more I move mid back burning and sharp pains constant and just above shoulder bones acking constant it has never gooten better it just gets worse and I have been unactive at all lots of ice and heat I am on my 7 to 8th week off nothing is helping its just getting worse expecially after physical theropy I have been to 5 different doctors for 1 visit my workers comp keeps sending me to different doctors and none are sending me for mri or anything what should I do and what could be happining the pain is so bad at times I would almost rather it would have parilized me its really driving me nuts
